Special LIBPA Survey The Friends of Crystal Lake committee has been formed to create a conceptual plan for the development and operation of a passive (no athletic fields) community park on the 25 acre Crystal Lake property on Lady’s Island which has been purchased as part of the Rural and Critical Lands Program. Crystal Lake is located on the property adjacent to the former site of Butler Marine on Lady’s Island Drive. Following are some ideas already received on which your opinion would be appreciated. Please indicate which of the following uses for the park should receive primary consideration and/or tell us of any other new ideas:
