Special LIBPA Survey

BEAUFORT COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT UNIFORM POLICY SURVEY

At the present time Lady’s Island Elementary and Lady’s Island Middle School require students to wear uniforms. Coosa Elementary and Beaufort High School do not have such a policy. Throughout the county approximately 50% of public schools have a uniform policy and 50% do not. The School Board is presently collecting public input on the subject and is scheduled to vote on whether a uniform policy should be developed for all of the public schools. If a positive vote is received on the matter a county wide uniform policy would be developed and presented to the School Board with a final vote scheduled for November. Please consider using the following survey as a method of communicating your thoughts on the subject of school uniforms to the School Board. Your name is not required to take the survey but is required to submit a comment. This policy is designed to avoid anonymous comments. Please vote for one of the following.
